Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This apple cider vinegar hair gel is a natural detox for your locks. Use it instead of conditioner whenever your hair is feeling clogged-up, greased-out, flat, itchy, frizzy or dull. With its cooling gel action and apple acids and enzymes, it works deeply into the scalp and hair shaft to dissolve gunk and reveal your spunkiest self.

- This scalp saviour gel comes in eco-friendly glass, but Beauty & the Bees suggest transferring it into a clean, dry pump pack or plastic squeezy bottle before you pop it in the shower...bathroom tiles and glass don’t mix.
- How to use: 1) Shampoo and condition as usual with your favourite shampoo bar. 2) Work 1 – 2 tablespoons of Hair Saviour Gel through your hair, concentrating on your roots and scalp. 3) Leave for a few minutes to let it work its magic, then rinse thoroughly. 4) Use once or twice per week or whenever your hair needs clarifying.
