Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Kalkhoff has really done themselves a service with the design of this bike. Taking the practical functionality that their bikes are known for and fitting it into this sleek lightweight commuter/tourer. The Bosch Performance Line SX paired with their CompactTube 400wh battery keeps the weight down at 21-22kg, giving you more options for transporting the bike when not riding. Schwalbe tyres and the Shimano Cues drivetrain are both great additions for durability while maintaining performance. The Endeavour Light bikes come with an option for a front basket/rack along with the already included MIK compatible rear rack. If you are looking to up your kms travelled, Bosch has released the PowerMore 250, giving you the posibility for 650Wh giving you over 100km range.
