Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping

- Activated Charcoal – is known for its ability to absorb and draw out oil from the skin.
- Green Tea – Been shown to have antioxidant, antibacterial, and antiviral properties, has also been shown to function as anti-inflammatory.
- Stevia – Contains antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-hypertensive, and anti-glycemic effects that can aid in treat skin issues such as cuts, rashes, itchiness, wounds, blemishes, dermatitis, acne, wrinkles, and eczema. In addition, it also has an ability to reduce pain related to sores and treat athlete’s foot.
- Urea – To maintain a healthy moisture balance, keeping the skin soft, supple and youthful, bringing much needed relief to a dry skin.
- Olive Oil – has been used for centuries and contains vitamin E which provides anti-ageing benefits through restoring the skin’s smoothness and protecting against ultraviolet light. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
