Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

 

Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Description

Margaret River Hemp Co Face Scrub Organic Hemp Face Scrub is the key exfoliator in their Hemp Skincare Routine.  Infused with Hemp Seed Oil and the addition of finely-ground volcanic pumice, impurities and dead skin cells will be washed away with the water off your face.  All you need is to place a small amount in your palm before lightly-and-evenly distributing the creamy scrub across your face.  Once you have done that, lightly and slowly massage your face in small circles with two fingers.  After you feel like it’s done its job, wash your face. And don’t scrub too hard!

Ingredients: aloe barbadenis, *Hemp seed oil(cannabis sativa) *sunflower oil(helianthus annuus), cetyl alcohol, volcanic pumice super fine, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate, *shea nut(butyrospermum parkii) non gmo vegetable glycerine, non gmo xanthin gum, benzyl alcohol, salicylic acid, sorbic acid, vit e(d-alpha tocopherol) Australian orange(citrus sinensis) *lemongrass (cymbopogon flexuosus) *rosemary (rosmarinus officinalls)  cineole, limonene (*organic)
