Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping

Restore, protect and soothe with healing calendula. Leatherwood honey moisturisers from the Beaty & the Bees may be the ultimate hydrating cream you've been looking for. The Coconut option is perfect for light moisturising. The Macademia option is a rich cream that is in between the Leatherwood Honey and Coconut light moisture cream and the Leatherwood Honey and Olive oil ultra rich moisture cream. The Olive oil option is a rich yet non-greasy cream that offers the deepest level of protection in the Bees range, filled with raw Tasmanian Leatherwood honey and beeswax, plus luxuriant plant oils and butters like cocoa, castor, carrot seed, sesame and olive.

The story of Beauty and the Bees is really the story of founder Jill Saunders, her passion for skincare made by hand from pure Tassie ingredients, and the skills, wisdom and commitment of the team she’s assembled over the years. Their natural hair and skincare products are made by hand from nutrient-rich Tasmanian fruits, berries, seaweed, hops, olive oil, honey and herbs, all from local Apiaries, Beaches, Dairies, Forests and Farms, as well as rare ingredients like Leatherwood Honey and Beeswax found only in Tasmania. It is such a joy for us to stock these beautiful Tasmanian made soaps.
