Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

We do not offer free shipping on bulky or fragile items like bikes, mattresses, ceramic crocks, large glass vessels or larger garden tools. These items can be collected in store or may be deliverable within Hobart. Non-fragile items may be deliverable outside Hobart, so please contact us to discuss freight rates to your area.
