Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

 

Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Description

The sleek and compact design of the Biochef Arizona dehydrator makes it the perfect addition to any kitchen space. The Arizona is one of the largest horizontal dehydrators on the market! Horizontal dehydrators have a much higher drying consistency then other systems, circulating air in the same way that fan forced ovens do. For this reason, there is no need to rotate trays or turn produce throughout the process. 

The 8 interchangeable trays in the BioChef Arizona Dehydrator can be removed to allow for more space when drying larger ingredients such as when rising bread or making yoghurt. The door traps the airflow, rather than the trays so you can have as many or as little trays as you like in the machine at any one time. The door is also completely transparent so you can monitor your ingredients during the drying cycle and dry them specifically to your liking without opening the door and interrupting airflow.

The BioChef Arizona comes with 2 x fine mesh sheet for drying smaller items such as blueberries or seeds which would normally drop through the trays. It also comes with 2 x non-stick tray for drying wet or moist ingredients like fruit roll ups/leathers, flax crackers, bread alternatives and dehydrated cookies. A drip or spillage tray is also included and can be placed under the trays in case of spillage. This ensures quick and easy clean up when making beef jerky or drying sticky fruits.
