Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wombat has returned with an updated version of their popular Wagon cargo bike. With some improved tyres, brakes, drivetrain and updates to accessories. This is now an even more capable bike.
The idea is still the same, a effortlessly powerful bike that has the capacity to carry yourself, two passengers and luggage to boot. Supported by a wide range of accessories they allow you to tote a 3 - 33 year old on the back.
A new addition is the Shimano CUES 9 speed drivetrain. Utlising Shimano's robust Linkglide system, the Gen 2 Wagon will go further with more durable components. Pairing this with some beefed up 4 piston Tektro Volands hydraulic disc brakes give you plenty of confidence stopping you and your cargo.
Keeping the Wagon's price low is an imperative for Wombat, however there are plenty of extra options for accessories to give you greater enjoyment. There are options for:
