Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

 

Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Ecobud Glass Water Filter Jug is a great portable option for your fridge, benchtop or outdoors to get pure, clean water without any of the unwanted chemicals.  It eliminates chlorine*, fluoride*, contaminants (including heavy metals) and bacteria to minimal level from your water, leaving you with a cup of pure and restorative water.

This benchtop water filter jug has a variety of great features including a cartridge exchange indicator and can hold up to 1.5 litres of water with the BPA (Bisphenol A) FREE glass water jug. The resilient and safe glass material (hand-blown borosilicate glass) is infinitely reusable, environmentally friendly and toxin-free, offering an endless supply of life water which is rich in essential minerals.

This water purifier works using energised ceramic, activated carbon and calcium ionised clay. The Gentoo’s breakthrough filters with 6 Stages of Highly Effective Filtration Process remove all the nasty extras from your water, leaving you with only the nutrients you need. The fresh, filtered water will greatly improve hydration by micro-clustering and reducing water molecule size to be easily-absorbed and get hydrated faster and more effectively through your body. Each filter cartridge is up for replacement every 3 months, or with 600 litres of water used, whichever comes first.
