If you would like to purchase one, we place a customer request order with Natural Bedding Company and the mattress is delivered to our store. From there, it is free for you to pick up in store or we can organise delivery in Tasmania for an extra cost. If your online order qualified for free delivery, please be aware that we will need to contact you to organise delivery costs and this will be additional to your order. This is one for anyone who likes a really firm mattress. This combination of a 8cm coir core with layers of carbon neutralised organic latex and pure Australian Downs wool, all hand-stitched into an organic cotton and hemp cover, provides plenty of support.

You can also order it without wool.

Latex is naturally hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and dust mite resistant. Natural latex is produced from raw rubber tree sap. The Natural Bedding company uses the highest quality natural latex, without any colourants or perfumes. The raw tree sap is grown in Sri Lanka. Unlike synthetic latex, natural latex does not have a malodour (the product of remaining petrochemicals that outgas).

Natural latex is good for the environment because it produces minimal waste and uses fewer toxic chemicals than synthetic latex and other foams used in bedding.
