Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping

With the red rear light, which contains four powerful LEDs, you are highly visible even from behind. It has two light modes (steady and flashing) and can be conveniently charged via a mini-USB cable. Thanks to the strong luminosity of the Lumino Night Vest, you will be seen within a radius of 150 metres at night and at a distance of 100 metres during the day, even after years of use. The back of the vest is longer and a smooth-running branded zip at the front ensures maximum comfort. In addition, a zipped chest pocket provides ideal storage space for small items such as keys and mobile phone. In addition, the Lumino Night Vest is tested according to the European standard EN 1150:1999.
