Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Apiary Made wraps are a healthier, natural and sustainable alternative to using clingfilm to store your food and produce. Not only are they perfect for wrapping up sandwiches, cheese, fresh herbs or a loaf of bread, they are also a stylish solution to covering bowls of salad ready for a picnic. Furthermore, by purchasing and enjoying these beautiful wraps, you are supporting the Honey of Hope Project, which provides honey bees and a hive to communities in need.
The Apiary Made Beeswax wraps were born from a love of the beautiful and health yielding by products of the beehive. Handmade in Australia, the wraps are produced using pure beeswax straight from their own apairy, organic jojoba oil, natural tree resin and organic cotton. Both the beeswax and jojoba oil have fabulous antibacterial properties, which helps to extend the life of your wraps and your produce! Simply use the heat of your hands to mould your wrap around your food or bowl. This will allow the wrap to stick to itself and upon cooling, will create a seal and hold its shape. These cruelty free and ethically produced wraps are washable, reusable and last upto 12 months if being used a few times per week. To clean, simply wash in cool water with a gentle detergent and hang to dry. Once your wraps are no longer usable, they can be composted due to their 100% biodegradable ingredients.
