Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

 

Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Milie Organics' Good Night Balm is a soothing and nourishing balm that helps promote relaxation and sleep. Its blend of natural ingredients, including chamomile, lavender, and ylang-ylang essential oils, work to calm the senses and prepare the body for rest. The balm is perfect for those who have trouble falling asleep or want to improve their sleep quality naturally. Rub the Good Night Balm on your temples, neck or shoulders. Instead of using your hands to count sheep, you can rub a portion on your palms if you like to sleep with your hands near your face. Child safe after 12 months – ideally applied to either bottom of feet or as a chest rub.

She began her journey by making soaps for her daughter Milie's school fair. The brand focuses on using locally sourced and formulated ingredients, such as Tasmanian hemp seed oil and Coal River Valley olive oil. The aim is to create eco beauty products that cater to various skin conditions.
