Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

These creams contains cocoa butter, shea butter, and a blend of various natural oils, that effectively nourishe the skin, restore moisture, and enhance elasticity. There are three hand creams to choose from, each with their own unique key ingredients.
Kangaroo Paw is native to South Western Australia. Some Indigenous Australians make teas from its energising flowers and eat its nutritious roots. It has great capacity for regeneration, encouraging the skin’s own restorative potential.
Gumpy gumpy, also known as Native Apricot, is a small tree that grows throughout inland Australia. It has been known by Indigenous Australians to support general wellbeing and to manage skin ailments thanks to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Kakadu Plum is a small fruit native to North Western Australia. It is one of the highest known sources of Vitamin C and due to its high antioxidant content it is effective at preventing pigmentation and other signs of ageing.
