Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

 

Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Description

The Picnic + set is a set of sustainable and durable cutlery you can take anywhere from the office, to the tent site. Made sustainably by the well trusted Opinel brand in France. 

Features

  • Attachements are made of stainless steel and handle is made from Beech wood from French forests
  • Comes with a No. 08 knife, a fork and a spoon attachment that attach to the knife, and a microfibre towel case that is both for storage, and can be used to clean
  • To attach the fork or spoon: with the blade closed, open the rotating ring, attach the utensil onto the ring using the small nicks, and then close the ring

Opinel was founded in 1890 in Chambery in the Savoie region of France by Joseph Opinel who created the first Opinel knife. The company is still run and owned by Joseph Opinel's descendents and has grown to employ around 100 people. The design focused on practicality, a feeling of comfort when gripped, and the convenience of being able to carry it in your pocket. The knife's design has remained unchanged for over a century and has been recognised by the Victoria and Albert Museum in 1985 as one of the 100 best designed items in the world, right alongside the Porsche 911 and the Rolex watch.
