Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Smaller concept with a big impact – a mid-tail that has the same load capacity as the Spicy Curry, but can manoeuvre tight spaces with ease and be easily stored and moved vertically on its end.

Four integrated cargo-carrying modes. One unique system.

To make things easier for you, Yuba has developed a patent-pending rack system that allows your bike to adapt to any type of cargo. The integrated Dual Rack System (DRS) has 4 different positions that provide unparalleled versatility to adapt to any type of ride on the fly. Discover the DRS and change positions in seconds: Sideloader mode, Carry-On mode, Flat mode, or Compact mode. There is always a solution to your situation.

Compact design for your urban lifestyle

Thanks to its two 20″ wheels, the Yuba FastRack Gen 3 boasts excellent manoeuvrability and a low centre of gravity that makes it easier to ride with kids, adults or gear. The compact design and its short wheelbase enable you to explore your city in new ways by bringing your bike on the subway, bus, train and everything in between.

Includes front rack and running boards

The included frame-mounted mini front rack can be used to mount the Yuba DRS Bag or to attach most aftermarket baskets. The integrated running board also means you don't need to spend extra on these. Just add your choice of seating and away you go.
