Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
During peak periods your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please take this into account for the Christmas and New Year period.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Health and personal care items including Soap, Cosmetics and Feminine Hygiene Products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping

Dindi Naturals is a low waste luxurious skin and body care product that is carefully blended in a solar-powered boutique factory located in the mountainous region of Murrindindi Shire, Victoria. The products are handmade in small batches, using only the finest quality, bio-active and cruelty free ingredients.
Ingredients:
Calm Flower - purified water, organic sugar, saponified olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil and organic castor oil, citric acid, sodium gluconate, essential oils of geranium, lavender and lemongrass, organic bitter orange extract.
Fresh Australia - purified water, organic sugar, saponified olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil and organic castor oil, citric acid, sodium gluconate, essential oils of lemon myrtle, Rosalina, eucalyptus and kunzea, organic bitter orange extract.
